摘要
蜡油加氢裂化装置一般把减压装置的减二线蜡油和减三线蜡油作为原料,在高温高压、氢气以及催化剂的作用下,先清理掉原料中的金属、硫化物、氮物质,之后经过分馏得到航煤、柴油等高品质产品。蜡油加氢裂化催化剂一般选用分子筛催化剂,其本身含有非常强的活性分子,反应器飞温非常迅速,使得床层超温无法控制。基于此,蜡油加氢裂化装置需要做好飞温原因的解析,同时制定有效的措施及方案,保证蜡油加氢裂化装置安全生产。
gas oil hydrocracking unit generally takes the second and third line gas oil of vacuum unit as raw materials,and implements high temperature and high pressure,hydrogen and catalyst production.Take the lead to clean up the metal and nitrogen in raw materials.After that,hydrocracking and other reactions are added to obtain aviation kerosene and diesel oil.However,molecular sieve catalyst is generally used in wax oil hydrocracking.It has very strong active molecules and the temperature of reactor flies very fast,which makes the bed overheating unable to be controlled efficiently.Based on this,we need to do a good job in the analysis of the causes of the gas oil hydrocracking unit,and formulate efficient treatment measures,so as to ensure the safety production of the gas oil hydrocracking unit.
