摘要
随着膜材料制造水平的快速提高,天然气膜分离脱碳重新回到人们视野,分离膜应用于天然气净化具有能耗低、操作简便、装置结构紧凑、占地面积小等特点,且可设计为无人值守操作,近年来逐渐成为天然气脱碳技术的研究热点。当前应用膜分离脱除天然气中的CO_(2),大大节省了装置的投资及操作成本,与采用传统的甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)脱除工艺相比,操作成本可降低30%,同时更加适合高含CO_(2)原料气的碳脱除。目前国外已有将膜分离技术应用于天然气净化领域的实际案例,但在国内还在实验研究阶段,掌握和推广天然气膜分离脱碳技术还需进一步深入研究。
With the rapid improvement of membrane material manufacturing level,natural gas membrane separation and decarbonization is back to people’s vision.The application of separation membrane in natural gas purification has the characteristics of low energy consumption,simple operation,compact device structure,small footprint,and can be designed as unattended operation.In recent years,it has gradually become a research hotspot of natural gas decarbonization technology.Compared with the traditional MDEA process,the operation cost can be reduced by 30%.At the same time,it is more suitable for carbon removal of feed gas with high CO_(2) content.At present,there are practical cases of membrane separation technology applied in the field of natural gas purification abroad,but it is still in the stage of experimental research in China,and further research is needed to master and promote the membrane separation decarbonization technology of natural gas.
