摘要
对海上钻井船与钻机模块上的立式储灰罐的自动化操作进行了调研与设计,并把此设计并入固井泵撬上进行应用与展望。不仅能够节省人力成本还能有效提高固井泵撬操作人员准确、实时的操作灰罐,通过固井泵撬的数据采集系统,实时采集灰罐上各阀位信号进行处理与分析,使灰罐能够自动调节罐体压力与下灰阀位,不断提高生产效率。
This paper investigates and designs the automatic operation of vertical ash storage tank on offshore drilling ship and drilling rig module,and integrates this design into cementing pump skid for application and prospect.It can not only save the labor cost,but also effectively improve the accuracy and real-time operation of the cement pump skid operators.Through the data acquisition system of the cement pump skid,the signals of each valve position on the cement tank are collected from time to time for processing and analysis,so that the cement tank can automatically adjust the tank pressure and the ash valve position,and continuously improve the production efficiency.
