新型后效体射孔技术在深层致密储层压裂中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 致密储层需经过大规模压裂才能经济开发,但随着储层深度增加,压裂施工往往面临施工泵压过高、无法有效压开地层的关键难题。新型后效体射孔技术利用聚能射孔弹穿过储层,形成的超高速金属射流穿过后效体,在挤压地层形成孔道的同时,后效粒子在孔道有限空间内二次做功使孔道末端瞬间开裂,大幅提升孔道直径及沟通地层天然裂缝的能力。现场应用表明,相比于常规射孔,后效体射孔技术可有效增加射孔孔径和孔道周围微裂缝,大幅降低压裂施工的破裂压力、减少射孔压实污染的影响,有助于提高致密储层压后产量。 Tight reservoirs need large-scale fracturing to develop economically.However,with the increase of reservoir depth,fracturing operation often faces the key problem of high pump pressure and failure to effectively break the formation.The new type of aftereffect perforating technology uses the shaped charge to pass through the reservoir and the ultra-high-speed metal jet passes through the aftereffect body.While squeezing the formation to form a channel,the aftereffect particles work twice in the limited space of the channel to make the end of the channel crack instantly,which greatly improves the channel diameter and the ability to communicate with the natural fractures in the formation.Field application shows that,compared with conventional perforation,aftereffect perforating technology can effectively increase the perforation diameter and micro fractures around the hole,greatly reduce the fracturing pressure of fracturing operation,reduce the impact of perforation compaction pollution,and help to improve the production of tight reservoir after fracturing.
