摘要
针对套筒式调节阀的结构特点,采用三维混合网格划分的方法,使用压力耦合方程组的半隐式算法,对调节阀流体计算域进行了仿真计算,得到了在调节阀不同开度下的流量系数,并与试验数据进行了比较。比较结果证明,仿真模拟数据与试验数据基本吻合,其误差在允许的范围内。说明了所建立的阀门内流场数值计算模型的准确性与可行性。研究结果为今后调节阀内流道设计与流态研究提供了理论基础,节省了阀门设计计算成本。
In view of the structural characteristics of the sleeve control valve,the simulation calculation of the fluid calculation domain of the control valve is carried out by using the three-dimensional hybrid grids method and the semiimplicit algorithm of pressure coupling equations. The flow coefficients under different opening degrees of the regulating valve are obtained and compared with the test data. The result proves that the simulated data is basically consistent with the experimental data and the error is within the allowable range. This fully illustrates the accuracy and feasibility of the model established for calculating the numerical calculation of the flow field in the valve in this paper,and provides a theoretical basis for the future flow path design and flow pattern research in the control valve and saves the cost of valve design and calculation.
