专业教学团队建设是促进高职院校教学改革与教学质量提升的重要举措,是高职院校实现高质量发展的生命线。本文分析了高职院校专业教学团队建设存在的五大问题,并提出优化措施,旨在提高教育教学水平和人才培养质量。

Talent training is the central task of the college,the core carrier of which lies in the specialty.The professional teaching team is an important measure to promote the teaching reform and teaching quality improvement in higher vocational colleges,and is the lifeline for higher vocational colleges to achieve high-quality development.This paper takes the construction of professional teaching team in Higher Vocational Colleges as the breakthrough point,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward optimization measures,aiming at improving the level of education and teaching and the quality of personnel training.
