职业院校创新应用研究中心管理机制研究

Research on the Management Mechanism of Innovation and Application Research Center in Vocational Colleges

促进职业院校创新应用研究中心管理机制的科学化、健全化和规范化发展,是职业院校创新应用研究中心的唯一出路,但是目前职业院校的协同创新中心在建设和发展中出现了一些问题。本文分析阐述了职业院校创新应用研究中心的主要职能作用,并从明确管理目标、健全管理制度、强化绩效考核、加强政府监管、深化校企合作、培养师资人才等多个方面,为职业院校创新应用研究中心管理,机制的优化发展提出了一些具有可操作性的对策和建议。

Promoting the scientific,sound and standardized development of the management mechanism of the Innovation and Application Research Center is the only way out for the Innovation and Application Research Center of vocational colleges.However,there are some problems in the construction and development of the collaborative innovation center of vocational colleges.This paper analyzes and expounds the main functions of the Innovation Application Research Center in vocational colleges,and puts forward some operable countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization and development of the management mechanism of the Innovation Application Research Center in Vocational Colleges from the following aspects:clarifying the management objectives,improving the management system,strengthening the performance appraisal,strengthening the government supervision,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and training teachers and talents.
