综合管廊作为高度密集的市政基础设施,将有效解决传统市政管道直埋敷设施工带来的交通拥堵、环境破坏等一系列社会问题,综合管廊还具有节约社会资源、美化城市建设等诸多优点。本文将理论与实践相结合,运用案例分析法对城市综合管廊的工程造价进行分析,以明确工程造价的构成,为管廊的建设和运营提供参考。

As a highly intensive municipal infrastructure,urban utility tunnel can effectively solve a series of social problems such as traffic congestion and environmental damage caused by the direct buried construction of traditional municipal tunnel.It also has many advantages such as saving social resources and beautifying urban construction.In recent years the construction of urban utility tunnel is increasing,because its construction links to the various content,construction cost is higher,therefore,to ensure that through scientific and reasonable way to control the construction cost,this paper mainly discusses the construction investment and operation cost of urban utility tunnel,combining theory with practice,using the case analysis,in order to make clear the composition of the project cost,hopes that China’s urban utility tunnel can be good and rapid development.
