摘要
低压直流系统与交流系统相比,在系统结构、初期投资、系统可靠性、安全性、电能质量和能耗等方面存在诸多差异。在存在这么多差异的情况下,对低压直流系统进行经济性评估是非常必要的,因为投资造价是决定低压直流配/用电系统是否具备推广应用的技术经济可行性的重要因素。围绕民用建筑、市政供电和工业用电三类场景开展低压直流配/用电系统经济性评估,通过与等效交流系统对比,根据不同供电场景特征需求,考虑多维度的投资-收益,结合传统经济性指标,提出能准确体现低压直流系统特征的经济性评估方法;并通过民用场景的典型算例验证评估方法的有效性,为低压直流系统的市场推广提供初步的指导性意见。
Through comparisons between low‑voltage DC system and AC system,there are many differences in system structure,initial investment,system reliability,security,power quality and energy consumption.Under such differences,it is necessary to evaluate the economy of the low‑voltage DC system,because the investment cost is an important factor to determine whether the low‑voltage DC distribution/power supply system has the technical and economic feasibility for popularization and application.The economic evaluation of low‑voltage DC power distribution system is carried out in three scenes:civil buildings,municipal power supply and industrial power consumption.Compared with the equivalent AC system,combined with the features of different power supply scene needs,the multi‑dimensional investment‑benefits is considered;combined with the traditional economic indicators,the economic evaluation method which can accurately reflect the characteristics of the low‑voltage DC system is proposed,and the effectiveness of the evaluation method is verified by the typical calculation examples of civil scenes,so as to provide preliminary guiding opinions for the market promotion of the low‑voltage DC system.
