摘要
中职教育既是我国培养技能型和应用型人才的基础阶段,也是中职学生文化知识、职业素质和就业能力等综合素质提高的关键时期,中职学生综合素质培养蕴含在专业发展和全面发展两个方面。当前在我国中职学生综合素质培养中,存在着学生学习自主性欠缺、教师教学方法滞后和学校培养目标功利性等突出现象。这是受到多重因素影响的结果,为此,应当研究有效的对策,通过综合素质培养体系优化设计,来培养学生素质全面发展和提升中职院校的教育水平。
Secondary vocational education is not only the basic stage of training skilled and applied talents in China,but also the key period of improving the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students,such as cultural knowledge,professional quality and employability.The cultivation of comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students contains two aspects:professional development and comprehensive development.At present,in the cultivation of secondary vocational students’comprehensive quality,there are some prominent phenomena,such as the lack of students’learning autonomy,the lag of teachers’teaching methods and the utilitarian of school training objectives.This is the result of multiple factors,therefore,we should study effective countermeasures,through the optimization design of comprehensive quality training system,to cultivate students’all-round development and improve the education level of secondary vocational colleges.
