摘要
针对老年人久如厕后难以自行站立的问题,从人因工程学的角度出发设计一款具有辅助站立功能的坐便器(STR).经人体实验分析老年人自然站立过程中髋关节及膝关节角度变化规律,在静态分析的基础上建立辅助站立坐便器三维模型,通过运动学仿真分析验证所设计的辅助站立坐便器运动特性与老年人自然站立过程相符程度,实现辅助老年人站立的目的.该装置的研发可以帮助高龄群体如厕后站立,减轻看护人员劳动强度.
Aiming at the problem that the elderly has difficulty standing on their own after going to the toilet for a long time,a toilet(STR)with auxiliary standing function was designed from the perspective of human factors engineering.The changes in the angles of the hip and knee joints of the elderly were analyzed through human experiments and a three⁃dimensional model of the auxiliary standing toilet was established based on static analysis.The movement characteristics of the designed auxiliary standing toilet were verified to be consistent with the natural standing process of the elderly by kinematics simulation analysis,so as to achieve the purpose of assisting the elderly to stand.The research and development of this device can help the elderly to stand af⁃ter going to the toilet,reducing the labor of caregivers.
