摘要
为了进一步开发四川苦丁茶资源,以四川筠连县栽培的粗壮女贞苦丁茶为原料,研究速溶苦丁茶粉的喷雾干燥工艺条件.在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验对喷雾干燥工艺进行优化,确定最佳工艺条件:进风口温度180℃、出风口温度80℃、料液浓度34%、流量24 mL/min.在此工艺条件下,产品得率为33.89%,含水率为3.71%,产品质量性能良好.
In order to deeply develop and apply the Sichuan Kudingcha resource,the Ligustrum robustum(Roxb.)BL.was used as raw material,and the spray drying conditions of preparing Kudingcha powder was discussed.Based on the single factor experi⁃ment,L9(34)orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the spray drying conditions,and the optimal spray drying processing conditions were determined as follows:inlet temperature of 180℃,materiel concentration of 34%,inlet flow rate of 24 mL/min and outlet temperature of 80℃.Under the conditions,the yield of product was 33.89%,the moisture of product was 3.71%,and the quality of product was excellent.
