鱼雷罐耐材蓄热及散热模型的铁水温降 被引量:8

摘要 基于某炼铁厂鱼雷罐热周转过程,建立鱼雷罐热周转耐材蓄热及散热模型,通过数值模拟计算得到鱼雷罐运输铁水的散热量,进一步获得铁水温降.利用该方法对影响铁水温降的主要因素即空罐时间、重罐时间、周转次数、铁水质量和铁水初始温度进行全因子组合试验分析,对试验结果进行多元线性拟合,获得鱼雷罐运输铁水温降的预测模型,并用该模型与现场生产数据进行比较,结果表明该模型的预测误差控制在8.1%以内. In this paper,the mechanism model of heat storage and heat dissipation of TPC refractory is established,which based on the heat circulation process of the torpedo car in an iron works.The heat dissipating capacity is obtained by numerical simulation,and the temperature drop is further obtained.The main factors influencing the temperature drop are analyzed by the above methods,including TPC turnover times,empty tank time,heavy tank time,hot metal weight and initial temperature of molten iron.Multivariate linear fitting is performed on the test results,so that to obtain a prediction model for the temperature drop.At last,the model is compared with field production data.The results showed that the prediction error of the model is limited to 8.1%.
