搅拌器磨损对KR法脱硫搅拌效果的数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 为探究三叶搅拌器在铁水腐蚀下对铁水搅拌流场的影响,参考传统KR脱硫搅拌工艺过程,利用仿真软件,采用多重参考系法(MRF)及VOF模型,研究了不同磨损程度对三叶搅拌器的搅拌流场与液面状况的影响规律.结果表明:相同搅拌工艺参数条件下,随着搅拌器磨损程度R的增大,搅拌铁水平均流速和平均湍动能降低,搅拌漩涡深度减小,对搅拌流场与液面状况的影响程度逐渐下降;其中,与无磨损(R=0)搅拌器相比,R=15 mm时铁水平均速度减小66.7%,平均湍动能减小82.3%. In order to explore the influence of three-blade agitator on the molten iron flow field under the corrosion environment,a numerical simulation was carried out.The influence law of different wear degrees on the agitated flow field and the liquid level was studied with multiple reference frame method(MRF)and VOF model,comparing with the traditional KR desulfurization agitating process.The results show that the average velocity and the average turbulent kinetic energy of molten iron decrease with the increase of the wear degree R under the same process parameters,the degree of influence on the agitation flow field and the liquid level condition gradually decreases.The depth of agitating vortex also decreases with the increase of the wear degree R.Compared with the agitator without wear(R=0),the average velocity of molten iron decreases by 66.7%and the average turbulent kinetic energy decreases by 82.3%with the wear degree R=15 mm.
