当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局,在经济、政治、社会、生态等诸多领域,资本主义占据主导地位的情况下,社会主义元素仍然亮眼。社会主义元素不仅存在和体现于发达资本主义国家,也出现在诸多发展中的第三世界国家,为当代世界描绘了社会主义的浓墨重彩。社会主义元素在经济领域表现为混合式经济、国家干预等形式;在政治领域表现为社会民主党等左翼政党执政,推行参与民主、政党民主、经济民主等形式;在社会和生态领域也从社会福利、社会建设、环境保护等多方面凸显了当代世界的社会主义元素。

Today's world is undergoing a great change that has never been seen over the past 100 years.Though capitalism has a dominant position in many fields such as economy,politics,society,and ecology,the socialist factors are also eye-catching.They not only exist in the developed capitalist countries,but also appear in many developing third world countries,presenting the colorful socialism before the contemporary world.In the economic field,the socialist factors are in the form of mixed economy and state intervention;In the political field,they are embodied by the left-wing political parties such as the social democratic parties which stay in power and implement participatory democracy,party democracy and economic democracy;In the social and ecological fields,the contemporary world's socialist factors also become prominent in the social welfare,social development,and environmental protection areas.
