摘要
近年来,不断深入的教师队伍建设改革对师范教育提出了更高的要求。在此背景下,本研究从专业知识、专业技能、专业态度三个指标对A大学文学院语文师范生的专业能力进行问卷调查,并对调查数据进行统计学分析。研究结果显示,当前影响A大学文学院语文师范生的专业能力提升的最薄弱的环节为专业态度,这与其专业知识与专业技能的发展存在显著正相关。
In recent years, the deepening reform of teachers’ team construction has put forward higher requirements for normal education. In this context, this study from the professional knowledge, professional skills, professional attitude of the three indicators of School of Chinese and Language and Literature of A University normal students’ professional ability questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis of the survey data. The results show that the weakest link affecting the professional ability of Chinese normal students in School of Chinese and Language and Literature of A University is professional attitude, which is positively correlated with the development of professional knowledge and skills.
