Exploration and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Tourism Management Talents Oriented to Serve Localities——Take Hangzhou Normal University Qianjiang College as an example

服务地方是应用型本科高校的办学目标,旅游教育应该与地方旅游业发展紧密结合,培养地方旅游经济发展所需的创新型、应用型专业人才。本文以杭州师范大学钱江学院旅游管理系为例,以服务地方为导向,探究地方高校旅游管理应用型人才的培养路径。

To serve the local area is the educational goal of application-oriented universities,Tourism education should be closely combined with the blossom of local tourism to cultivate innovative and applied professionals needed for local tourism economic development. This paper, taking the department of Tourism Management, Qianjiang College,Hangzhou Normal University as an example, explores the training path of applied talents in tourism management in local universities with the orientation of serving the local area.
