摘要
民警培训课堂教学是新时期犯罪方式不断变化的必然要求,加强民警培训课堂教学质量评价对提升民警培训效果及执法能力具有重要的意义。文中从民警培训课堂教学的意义、存在的问题及策略改进等几个方面进行了探讨,并就提高民警培训课堂教学质量提出了方案,对提升民警培训课堂教学质量具有一定的借鉴作用。
The classroom teaching of police training is an inevitable requirement of the constant changes of crime modes in the new era. Strengthening the evaluation of classroom teaching quality of police training is of great significance for improving the training effect and law enforcement ability of police. This paper discusses the significance, existing problems and strategy improvement of the classroom teaching of police training, and puts forward a plan for improving the classroom teaching quality of police training, which can be used as a reference for improving the classroom teaching quality of police training.
