摘要
目的:探讨基于原位翻转课堂的外科护理实训教学模式应用效果。方法:选取8个护理大专班学生为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=197)和对照组(n=199),观察组采用原位翻转课堂实训教学模式,对照组采取传统实训教学。对比两组学生实训考核成绩及自我导向学习评价情况。结果:观察组实训考核成绩、自我导向评价量表得分等均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于原位翻转课堂的外科护理实训教学模式能提高学生实训技能,提升学习素养。
Objective To explore the application effect of surgical nursing training teaching model based on in-situ flipped classroom. Methods Eight nursing college students were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into an observation group(n=197) and a control group(n=199). The observation group adopted the in-situ flipped classroom practice teaching mode, and the control group adopted traditional practice teaching. Compare the performance of the two groups of students in training assessment and self-directed learning evaluation. Results The observation group’s training assessment scores and self-directed evaluation scale scores were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The surgical nursing training teaching model based on the in-situ flipped classroom can improve students’ practical training skills and enhance their learning literacy.
