积极心理学视域下高校“大学生心理健康教育”教学改革研究

在积极心理学理论的影响下,大学生心理健康教育对增强学生幸福感,促进大学生积极心理品质形成,提高大学生抗压抗挫折能力具有重要作用。全国各高校"大学生心理健康教育"课程教学实践存在教学目标偏离,教学内容陈旧、教学方法单一等问题。改善"大学生心理健康教育"教学模式,加强积极心理学与大学生心理健康教育课程内容的融合,找到学生获得感较强的教学方法,优化高校"大学生心理健康教育"课程教学效果,并在教育教学中努力探索和构建积极导向的大学生心理健康教育教学体系,对促进大学生心理健康教育水平,提高全国各高校大学生心理健康课程的教学实效,提高学生积极心理品质的养成有着重要的理论和实践意义。

To improve the teaching mode of college students’ mental health education, to strengthen the integration of positive psychology and college students’ mental health education, to find a teaching method with strong sense of students’ acquisition, to optimize the teaching effect of college students’ mental health education, and to explore and build a positive oriented teaching system of college students’ mental health education in education and teaching, are of great significance to promote the development of college students’ mental health education It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the level of college students’ mental health education, to improve the teaching effectiveness of college students’ mental health course, and to improve the cultivation of students’ positive psychological quality.
