新时代需要广大青年学生成为复兴中国道路上的奋斗者,成为实现社会主义现代化远景目标的主要践行者。当代高职院校的青年学生在精神思想上有他们自身的困惑,很多时候高职学生遇到了一些思想行为困境,如缺少人生远大理想和职业规划、超前消费与互相攀比、发生心理疾病、心理成熟较晚和依赖性强以及因自卑而产生焦虑急躁等。因此要多方面加以引导,如学校设置学生职业规划辅导岗位、帮助学生树立正确的消费观、健全心理健康辅导机制、积极推动学生动手实践,做到知行合一以及激发学生潜能,减少心理焦虑情绪等。

In the new era, young students need to become the fighters on the road of rejuvenating China and the main practitioners of realizing the long-term goal of socialist modernization. The young students in higher vocational colleges have their own mental confusion, many times, vocational college students encounter some ideological and behavioral difficulties, such as the lack of lofty ideals and career planning, advanced consumption and mutual comparison, mental illness, late psychological maturity and strong dependence, anxiety and impatience due to inferiority complex, etc.Therefore, it is necessary to guide students in many aspects, such as setting up career planning counseling posts, helping students establish a correct concept of consumption, improving the psychological health counseling mechanism, actively promoting students’ hands-on practice, achieving the unity of knowledge and practice, stimulating students’ potential and reducing psychological anxiety.
