基于现场实测的集中空调二级泵系统运行诊断方法

摘要 二级泵系统是广泛应用于大型公共建筑、居住建筑的集中空调水系统形式。具有冷源侧水流量稳定、末端可根据负荷变化控制流量等特点。但由于系统包含两个水环路,相对复杂,在实际工程应用中往往存在运行问题影响使用效果。为了对工程项目二级泵系统运行问题进行准确的评估诊断,通过现场实测的方式获取二级泵系统运行的关键性参数,再结合传统的指标对比法和运行数据分析法,对系统运行进行快速而准确的评估诊断,解决了传统诊断方法在针对性、准确性和适用性方面的弊端。 The secondary pump system is a centralized air conditioning water system widely used in large public buildings and residential buildings.And it has the characteristics of stable water flow on the cold source side,and the end can control the flow according to load changes.However,because the system contains two water loops,which are relatively complex,there are often operational problems in practical engineering applications that affect the use effect.In order to accurately assess and diagnose the operation of the secondary pump system of the project,key operation parameters of the secondary pump system are obtained through field measurement,and then the system operation is quickly and accurately diagnosed,combining the traditional index comparison method and operation data analysis method.Shortcomings of traditional diagnostic methods are solved in terms of pertinence,accuracy and applicability.
