摘要
绿色发展是建筑行业的发展方向,选择合理的外墙结构形式可以降低建筑物的能耗损失。建筑外墙的热工性能优化研究对减少建筑能耗具有重要意义。其中,混凝土空心砌块的结构优化成为了一项重要工作。使用数值仿真软件模拟了砌块的传热过程,探究了不同孔型对砌块的传热效率影响。结果表明:增大自然对流,减少对流短路,可以减少传热量,矩形孔洞最适合作为砌块的空气夹层。并在此基础上,根据夏热冬冷地区的气象参数选取了两组典型壁面温差,重点研究了冷壁面和热壁面温差对砌块热工性能的影响,结果表明:不同的壁面温差对砌块传热效率有很大的影响。
Green development is the direction of the construction industry.Choosing a reasonable external wall structure can reduce the energy consumption of buildings.Research on the optimization of thermal performance of building exterior walls is of great significance for reducing building energy consumption.Among them,the structural optimization of concrete hollow blocks has become an important task.The finite element analysis software was used to simulate the heat transfer process of the block,and the influence of different orifices on the heat transfer efficiency of the block was analyzed.As a result,the rectangular hole was the most suitable as the air interlayer of the block,reduce convection short circuit can reduce heat transfer.And on this basis,according to the meteorological parameters of hot summer and cold winter regions,two groups of typical wall temperature differences were selected,and the effect of cold and hot wall temperature differences in thermal properties of blocks was mainly studied.As a result,wall temperature differences have a great influence on heat transfer of block.
