关于北疆村镇民居建筑节能现状的调研——以昌吉回族自治州呼图壁县五工台镇为例

Investigation on the Residential Building Energy Conservation in Northern Xinjiang:Analyzing Wugongtai Town,Hutubi County,Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture

结合北疆地区的气候条件,对当地居民的住宅的平面布局、外围护结构的材料、用能特征、室内热环境、居民对节能减排的认识及建筑节能支付意愿分析村镇居民的建筑节能潜力,提出北疆村镇建筑节能减排的合理化建议。通过文案调查、现场实测及问卷调查、网络调研等多种调研相结合的方式,对北疆昌吉回族自治州呼图壁县五工台镇进行调查研究。提出有效实现北疆村镇建筑节能减排目标的若干对策。村镇民居冬季室内热舒适性差的主要原因是围护结构的热工性能及室内温度达不到相关规范要求,由于政府宣传力度不够加之村民没有引起重视,使得北疆村镇建筑节能减排的情况不尽人意,因此节能减排工作亟待我们共同努力。

On the premise of the climate in Northern Xinjiang,the potential of the energy-saving construction is analyzed around the layout of the local houses,the materials of envelope,energy-utilization features,indoor thermal environment,residents’understanding of energy conservation and emission reduction and their paying willingness of building energy conservation,so as to propose rational suggestions.The local situation of Wugongtai Town,Hutubi County,Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture in Northern Xinjiang is investigated and analyzed through literature survey,field measurement,questionnaire survey,network research and other methods.Many effective solutions to energy conservation and emission reduction are advised.The main reason for poor indoor thermal comfort of rural buildings in winter is that the thermal performance of enclosure structure and indoor temperature can not meet the code requirements.Moreover,due to the government’s insufficient propaganda and the villagers’lack of attention,the situation of energy conservation and emission reduction of rural buildings in Northern Xinjiang is unsatisfactory.So,the implementation of this work calls for our joint efforts.
