摘要
对一株野生食用菌子实体进行分离培养获得菌株ZJJZ370,经分子生物学鉴定确定菌株ZJJZ370为裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune)。对该菌株进行培养和驯化栽培初步研究,结果表明该菌株最适碳源为麦芽糖,最适氮源为酵母粉,最适pH 6.0,适宜生长温度为25℃~30℃,经栽培成功获得其子实体。
Strain ZJJZ370 was isolated from wild edible fungi, and the mycelium was confirmed to be Schizophyllum commune by molecular biological identification. The biological characteristics results showed that the optimum carbon source was maltose,the optimum nitrogen source was yeast, the optimum pH was 6.0, and the optimum temperature was 25℃-30℃. The fruiting bodies of S. commune were obtained through cultivation and domestication.
