一株野生梭伦剥管孔菌的鉴定及其生物学特性 被引量:2

摘要 通过形态特征和ITS序列分析,以及菌丝体培养,对采集自河南省南阳市南召县山区的一株野生食用菌子实体进行了鉴定和生物学特性研究。结果表明,该菌株经形态和ITS序列鉴定为梭伦剥管孔菌(Piptoporus soloniensis),属河南省新记录种。菌丝体生长适宜碳源为葡萄糖和甘露醇,适宜氮源为牛肉膏,适宜无机盐为硫酸镁,适宜生长因子为VB1,适宜生长温度为30℃,适宜初始pH为7.0。通过研究为进一步开发梭伦剥管孔菌应用价值奠定了基础。 A wild edible fungus fruiting body was collected in the mountainous area of Nanzhao county, Anyang city, Henan province. The strain was identified and studied using morphological characteristics analysis, ITS sequence analysis and identification and mycelium culture methods. Morphological characteristics analysis and ITS sequence analysis showed that the strain was Piptoporus soloniensis, which was a newly recorded species in Henan province. Moreover, the suitable carbon source for mycelial growth was glucose and mannitol,the suitable nitrogen source was beef extract. Magnesium sulfate and VB1 were most suitable inorganic salt and growth factor for the growth of mycelium. The mycelium growed well at 30℃. In addition, the optimum initial pH was 7.0. These results laid the foundation for further development of the application value of P. soloniensis.
