不同比例的烟秸杆配方对双孢蘑菇产量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过对比3种烟秸秆在配方中的比例分别为50%、25%、0时,对双孢蘑菇产量及单菇重的影响。结果表明,50%烟秸秆处理比其他2个配方中菌丝长满时间多2 d,但菌丝长满后覆土到出菇所用的时间三者一致;50%烟秸秆配方前三潮菇的总重量显著降低;而加入25%烟秸秆与25%玉米芯的栽培配方的总产量则与传统配方相比无显著差异;50%烟秸秆配方的单菇重显著低于对照;而加入25%烟秸秆配方的单菇重则与对照相比无显著差异。烟秸秆中的营养成分可以满足双孢蘑菇菌丝生长的需求,但是随着烟秸秆在配方中含量的增加,会显著减少双孢蘑菇的单菇重,从而显著减少前三潮菇的总产量。 This experiment studied and compared the effects of three Nicotiana tabacum straw content formulations on the yield of Agaricus bisporus. The proportions of the three formulations were 50%, 25% and 0(control) of the N. tabacum straw. The results showed that compared with the other two conditions, 50% tabacum straw treatment took 2 days longer for full of mycelium,but the time from full of mycelium to mushroom of the three treatments were same. The 50% N. tabacum straw formula can significantly reduce the total weight of A. bisporus, the total yield of the formula with 25% N. tabacum stalk and 25% corn cob was not significantly different from that of the traditional formula. The single weight of A. bisporus with 50% N. tabacum straw formula was significantly lower than that of control. However, there was no significant difference in the single weight of the A. bisporus between control and the formula with 25% N. tabacum straw. In conclusion, the nutrients in N. tabacum straw can meet the growth demand of the A. bisporus mycelia, but with the increase of N. tabacum straw content in the formula, the single weight of the A. bisporus will be significantly reduced, thus significantly reducing the total output of the A. bisporus.
