基于加速度测试的汽车动态位移获取方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决汽车结构件的位移测试中传感器难以安装的问题,采用加速度测试间接计算动态位移;同时为了解决加速度积分过程中的数据失真,采用频域法进行信号频域分解和单独积分,最终获取有效的动态位移结果。提出了位移计算结果的精确性评价指标与限值。基于道路模拟试验台作动器,研究了加速度计算位移的频率适用范围。在汽车工程中的悬架弹簧案例进行应用,结果很好地符合预定要求。形成了一套基于加速度测试的动态位移获取方法,该方法有效性良好。 In order to solve the problem that the sensor is difficult to be installed in the displacement test of automobile structure parts,the acceleration test is used to calculate the dynamic displacement indirectly. At the same time, in order to solve the data distortion in the process of acceleration integration, the signal in frequency domain is decomposed and integrated separately when the frequency domain methodis used. And the effective dynamic displacement results are obtained. The accuracy evaluation index and limit value of displacement calculation are proposed. Based on the actuator of road simulation test rig, the applicable frequency range of displacement calculation from accelerationis studied. The method is used in the case of suspension springin automobile engineering, and the results are in accord with the predetermined requirements. A set of dynamic displacement acquisition method based on acceleration is formed based on the measured data. It is proved that this method is effective.
