商用车缓速制动标准法规及测评方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文对商用车缓速制动形式的分类和原理进行了介绍,对比分析了欧盟、ECE、ISO和国标在商用车缓速制动领域的标准法规。对采用GB 12676-2014模拟坡道法进行ⅡA型试验的车辆进行了数学建模,并选取3款装配不同缓速制动装置的车辆进行了道路试验,试验结果表明:三款车均能够满足GB 12676-2014对缓速制动性能的要求,通过本文建立的ⅡA试验商用车牵引力数学模型计算的理论拉力值和实测拉力值基本一致,相对误差小于10%,且更适用于采用液力缓速器作为缓速制动的车辆。本文对商用车缓速制动检测试验领域提供了有力的理论指导和实践经验,ⅡA试验商用车牵引力数学模型的应用可有效简化试验流程,提高试验准确度。 This paper introduces the classification and principle of commercial vehicle retarder braking, and makes a comparative analysis of the standards of EU, ECE, ISO and GB in the field of commercial retarder braking. Mathematical modeling was carried out for the vehicles in Type ⅡA test using GB 12676-2014 simulation ramp method, and three vehicles with different retarder braking devices were selected for road test. The test results show that all the three vehicles can meet the requirements of GB 12676-2014 for retarder braking performance, the theoretical tensile force calculated by the traction force mathematical model of ⅡA test commercial vehicle established in this paper is basically consistent with the measured tensile force value,the relative error is less than 10%,and it is more suitable for the vehicle which adopts the hydraulic retarder as the retarding brake. This paper provides a powerful theoretical guidance and practical experience in the field of commercial retarder auxiliary braking test. In the ⅡA test process, the application of the mathematical model of commercial vehicle traction force can effectively simplify the test process and improve the test accuracy.
