摘要
对汽车道路载荷谱进行编辑分析,是开展整车及零部件疲劳耐久试验和分析的有效手段,基于此本文提出了一种基于伪损伤保留的道路载荷谱加速编辑方法。汽车道路载荷谱中一般包含大量的低幅值小载荷,本文以保留原始载荷谱90%的伪损伤当量为目标,通过设定边界条件删减低幅值小载荷的方法对道路原始载荷谱进行编辑处理,最后生成伪损伤保留比例为90%的加速谱。进而从时域、功率谱密度、统计值和雨流计数等方面对原始谱和加速谱进行了分析和对比,结果表明在原始谱载荷特性、统计特性、频域特性及雨流矩阵特征的基础上实现了明显的加速,可代替原始谱开展疲劳耐久试验,缩短试验周期。
To edit and analyze the road load spectrum of automobile is an effective means to carry out the fatigue durability test and analysis of vehicle and parts. Based on this, this paper proposes an accelerated editing method of road load spectrum based on pseudo damage preservation. There are a lot of low amplitude small loads in the road load spectrum. In this paper, the pseudo damage equivalent of 90% of the original load spectrum is retained as the goal. The original load spectrum is edited by setting boundary conditions to delete low amplitude small loads. Finally, the acceleration spectrum with 90% pseudo damage retention ratio is generated. Then, the original spectrum and acceleration spectrum are analyzed and compared from the time domain, power spectrum density, statistical value and rain flow count.The results show that the acceleration is obvious based on the load characteristics, statistical characteristics, frequency domain characteristics and rain flow matrix characteristics of the original spectrum, which can replace the original spectrum to carry out fatigue durability test and shorten the test period.
