Standard Comparison and Test Verification of Gasoline Filters for Automotive Aftermarket

本文主要针对汽车售后市场用汽油滤清器技术规范与现行汽油滤清器行业标准(QC/T 48-2013和QC/T 918-2013)的差异进行分析和解读,使用3件原厂配件及售后市场零部件样品开展总成气密性等9项验证试验,验证了标准的可行性,并结合售后市场用汽油滤清器行业现状,为促进汽车售后市场标准体系发展提出建议。

This paper mainly analyzes and interprets the difference between the technical specifications of petrol filters for automotive aftermarket and the current petrol filter industry standards(QC/T 48-2013 and QC/T 918-2013). The feasibility of this standard was verified by carrying out nine verification tests including air tightness of the assembly with three samples of original parts and aftermarket parts.Some suggestions were put forward to promote the development of the automobile aftermarket standard system based on the current situation of the petrol filter industry in the automobile aftermarket.
