安徽省农村专业技术协会转型升级路径研究

Research on the Transformation and Upgrading Path of Anhui Rural Professional Technology Association

农村专业技术协会(简称农技协)是由从事农业、农业技术研究、科普推广者、技术能人等进行自愿成立的社会公益性社团,在我国农业和农村农技推广中起着有效的中介作用。本文在实地调查的基础上,总结归纳安徽省农技协的发展历程以及发展现状,并在结合实地调查数据的基础上,利用计量模型探究影响农技协转型升级意愿的重要因素,并就此提出安徽省农技协转型升级的选择路径。

Rural professional technical association(agricultural technical Association for short)is a social commonweal society voluntarily established by those who are engaged in agriculture,agricultural technical research,popularization of science and technical talents,etc,which plays an effective intermediary role in China’s agriculture and rural agricultural technical extension.Based on the field investigation,this paper summarizes the development history and current situation of Anhui Agricultural Technical Association,and explores the important factors affecting the willingness of transformation and upgrading of Anhui Agricultural Technical Association by using the econometric model on the basis of the field investigation data,and puts forward the selection path of transformation and upgrading of Anhui Agricultural Technical Association.
