摘要
我国经济与科技在近年来得到飞速发展,这极大地促进了知识经济的崛起。随着社会发展,企业发展主要依靠人才这一核心竞争力,因此,对于企业经营而言,只有极大发挥人才作用,才能促进企业长久发展。论文从人事档案管理工作这一角度入手,对企业人力资源管理当中,关于人事档案管理重要意义进行分析,企业进行人事档案管理的关键点,希望能够促进企业中人事档案管理工作的质量提升,保证人力资源管理作用的稳定发挥。
China's economy and science and technology have been developing rapidly in recent years,which has greatly promoted the rise of knowledge economy.With the development of society,the development of enterprises mainly depends on the core competitiveness of talents.Therefore,for enterprise management,only by giving full play to the role of talents can the long-term development of enterprises be promoted.From the angle of personnel archives management,in the enterprise human resources management,the paper analyzes the significance of personnel archives management and the key points of enterprise personnel archives management,hoping to promote the quality of enterprise personnel archives management,to ensure the stable play of human resources management.
