浅析施工企业的索赔管理

我国经济正处于高速发展向高质量发展的转型时期,建设工程项目随着社会进步和经济发展越来越多,建筑经济在激烈的市场竞争中也得到了广泛的认可和重视,加上施工企业的自主维权意识不断增强,建筑工程索赔已然成为施工企业进行索赔的重要任务,但施工企业对索赔的监督管理存在一定的不足。论文专门针对施工企业的索赔管理中存在的问题,从索赔的原因和其现状进行了探讨,提出了提高施工企业索赔管理水平的策略,消除影响企业发展的不利因素。

China's economy is in the transition period from high speed development to high quality development.Construction project is more and more along with the social progress and economic development.Construction economy has also been widely recognized and valued in the fierce market competition,coupled with the continuous enhancement of the consciousness of independent rights protection of construction enterprises,construction project claim has become an important task for construction enterprises to claim,but there are some deficiencies in the supervision and management of construction enterprises to claim.This paper focuses on the problems existing in the claim management of construction enterprises,discusses the reasons for the claim and its present situation,and puts forward the strategies to improve the claim management level of construction enterprises and eliminate the adverse factors affecting the development of enterprises.
