摘要
人力资源是最具发展潜力的资源,是推动企业快速发展的关键动力。近年来,随着市场经济的不断发展、创新,对建筑企业的人才培养提出了更高的挑战。员工培训作为提高员工综合素质、提升企业核心竞争力的重要手段之一,在企业人力资源管理中起着举足轻重的作用。论文从建筑企业的实践角度出发,分析了建筑企业员工培训管理中存在的问题和产生的原因,并探讨了员工培训的创新策略。
Human resource is the most potential resource and the key driving force to promote the rapid development of enterprises.In recent years,with the continuous development and innovation of market economy,a higher challenge to the talent training of construction enterprises is put forward.As one of the important means to improve the comprehensive quality of employees and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,employee training plays an important role in enterprise human resources management.From the practical point of view of construction enterprises,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of employee training management in construction enterprises,and discusses the innovative strategies of employee training.
