中小企业在解决就业、科技创新、满足生产生活需要、推动城乡区域协调发展中发挥了重要作用,成为我国经济发展和社会进步的生力军。但是,中小企业管理理念、自身规模、抗风险能力等方面的局限性在某种程度上制约着其可持续性发展,政府如何引导和扶持中小企业发展壮大就显得尤为关键。

Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in solving employment,scientific and technological innovation,meeting the needs of production and living,and promoting the regional coordinated development of urban and rural areas,and become the new force of economic development and social progress in China.However,the limitations of small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of management concept,their own scale and risk resistance capacity are to some extent restricting their sustainable development,and it is especially crucial for the government to guide and support the development and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
