摘要
论文首先介绍了企业人力资源管理的重要性,分析了企业人力资源管理工作现状及存在问题,并结合相关实践经验,分别从牢固树立“以人为本”的管理理念等多个角度与方面,提出了新形势下企业人力资源管理的有效对策,望对企业人力资源管理实践有所裨益。
This paper firstly introduces the importance of enterprise human resources management,analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the enterprise human resources management.Combined with relevant practical experience,the paper puts forward effective countermeasures of enterprise human resources management under the new situation from various angles and aspects,such as firmly establishing"people-oriented"management concept,etc.,hoping to be beneficial to the practice of human resources management in enterprises.
