国有企业“党建+工会工作”创新模式探讨

Discussion on the Innovation Mode of"Party Building+Trade Union Work"in State-Owned Enterprises

随着我国经济的不断发展和进步,国有施工企业的综合实力不断提升。经济的有序发展,离不开党建工作的支持,党建工作的实施能够凝聚人心,及时地为企业工作人员解决其在生活和工作中遇到的困难,使企业朝着更好的方向发展。将党建与工会工作结合在一起,是二者创新的表现。论文以国有施工企业为例,分析“党建+工会工作”创新模式的意义、工作原则等,以期推动国有企业发展。

With the continuous development and progress of China's economy,the comprehensive strength of state-owned construction enterprises is constantly improving.The orderly development of economy is inseparable from the support of the Party building work.The implementation of the Party building work can gather people's heart,solve the difficulties in life and work for the enterprises'staff in time,and make the enterprises develop in a better direction.The combination of Party building and trade union work is the expression of their innovation.Taking the state-owned construction enterprises as an example,this paper analyzes the significance and working principles of the innovation mode of"Party building+trade union work",so as to promote the development of state-owned enterprises.
