三螺旋视角下“一带一路”沿线国家国际航空人才联合培养路径

Joint Training Path of International Aviation Talents in the Countries Along"the Belt and Road"from the Perspective of Triple Helix

在“一带一路”倡议下,沿线国家之间的经济、文化联系进一步密切,因而充分考虑和发挥沿线国家文化差异与特色对国际航空人才培养的积极作用,对于更好地传承与传播这些国家的文化,具有十分重要的作用。通过开展三螺旋视角下“一带一路”沿线国家国际航空人才联合培养路径研究,从重视针对航空人才的培训和文化素养提升、加强航空人才联合培养制度建设、建立航空人才联合培养基地等方面提出多种培养路径,以期为培养“一带一路”沿线国家国际航空人才提供创新思路。

Under"the Belt and Road"initiative,the economic and cultural relations between countries along"the Belt and Road"are further closer.Therefore,it is of great importance to fully consider and give play to the positive role of cultural differences and characteristics of countries along"the Belt and Road"in the training of international aviation talents,and to better inherit and spread the culture of these countries.Through the research on the joint training path of international aviation talents of countries along"the Belt and Road"from the perspective of triple helix,various training paths are proposed from the aspects of attaching importance to the training and improvement of cultural quality of aviation talents,strengthening the construction of joint training system for aviation talents,and establishing joint training base for aviation talents.It is expected to provide innovative ideas for training international aviation talents of countries along"the Belt and Road".
