随着我国经济水平日益提升,综合国力日渐强盛。能反映一个企业核心价值、文化底蕴的只有企业文化,每个公司的企业文化都有重要地位,而国有企业想要提升自身经济价值,增强自身竞争力就要从企业文化出发,制定并强化专属于自己的企业文化。但是,国有企业文化建设不能片面、盲目地发展,要有机融合政治文化思想,借助企业文化与思想政治工作的相融合,创新管理理念,使企业内部文化得到创新与升华,推动国有企业发展得又快又远。
