摘要
钛酸铋钠(Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3,缩写为BNT)作为钙钛矿型铁电体型无铅压电材料,当前的研究主要是通过掺杂其他微量元素,或者与其他钙钛矿压电材料组合,探索新型压电材料体系,并在这些体系中寻找性能最佳的MPB,以进一步改善和提高材料的压电和铁电性能,但是考虑到其电滞回线和相变的特点,在电卡制冷效应、能量存储等领域仍然具有较大的研究潜力,现在该材料在能量转化方面备受关注,吸引众多学者通过掺杂镧系元素和提升制备工艺开展研究。
Sodium bismuth titanate(Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3,abbreviated as BNT)is a perovskite type ferroelectric lead-free piezoelectric material.The current research is mainly to explore new piezoelectric material systems by doping other trace elements or combining with other perovskite piezoelectric materials,and find the best MPB in these systems,so as to further improve the piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties of the materials.However,considering the characteristics of hysteresis loop and phase transition,it still has great research potential in the field of electric card refrigeration effect,energy storage and so on.Now the material has attracted much attention in energy conversion,attracting many scholars to carry out research by doping lanthanide elements and improving the preparation process.
