摘要
与国内具备生产光荣牌的企业进行质量研究合作,对前期研发的十种光荣牌成品进行耐人工气候老化试验,并且选择四个油墨厂家生产光荣牌所需的三种油墨(红色油墨、黑色油墨、沙底镀金油墨),分别制作成十二组标准试验样板,通过定期记录光泽、色差和外观情况,研究光荣牌耐人工气候老化性能。研究发现,70%光荣牌成品240h耐人工气候老化性能符合指标要求;相比于红色油墨和黑色油墨,沙底镀金油墨更易发生变色和脱落,而黑色油墨更耐受老化。
Cooperating with domestic enterprises in Glorious Plaque quality research,ten kinds of Glorious Plaque products were tested in artificial climate aging,three kinds of inks(red ink,black ink,gold-plated sand ink)required by Glorious Plaque produced by four ink manufacturers were selected to make 12 sets of standard test samples,by regularly recording the gloss,color difference and appearance,the aging resistance of Glorious Plaque was studied.It is found that 70%of the Glorious Plaque products can meet the requirements after 240 h of artificial climate aging;Compared with red ink and black ink,gold-plated sand ink is more prone to discoloration and shedding,while black ink is more resistant to aging.
