一种水性室内膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的制备 被引量:3

摘要 以水性醋酸乙烯酯乳液为主要成膜物质,以聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)和三聚氰胺(MEL)作为三元膨胀阻燃体系,制备了具有较强的防火性能及低VOC的水性室内膨胀性钢结构防火涂料。讨论了水性醋酸乙烯酯乳液的选择、三元膨胀阻燃体系的配比、填料的选择。结果表明,两种乳液以1:1复配,w(APP):w(PER):w(MEL)比例为20:10:10,w(钛白粉):w(海泡石):w(陶瓷纤维)比例为9:1:2时,制备的防火涂料耐水性能佳,耐火极限达105min。 With water-based vinyl acetate emulsion as the main film-forming material,combined with ammonium polyphosphate(APP),pentaerythritol(PER)and melamine(MEL)as ternary expansion system,a waterborne intumescent fire-retardant coatings for indoors steel structures with strong fire-retardant performance was prepared.The selection of water-based vinyl acetate emulsion,the proportion of ternary expansion system,the selection of filler were discussed.The results showed that the two emulsions were compounded at a ratio of 1:1,w(ammonium polyphosphate):w(pentaerythritol):w(melamine)=20:10:10,w(TiO2 powder):w(Sepiolite):w(Ceramic)=9:1:2,and the prepared fire retardant coating has good water resistance,with a fire resistance limit of 105 minutes.
