摘要
以γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)、阻燃剂XF-680、改性丙烯酸酯乳液、玻璃纤维为原料,制备了保温玻璃棉。探讨了焙烘温度、焙烘时间、玻璃纤维与乳液的质量比、阻燃剂XF-680用量(相对于乳液用量)等的影响,研究了玻璃棉在保温材料中的应用。研究结果表明:当焙烘温度为130℃,烘焙时间为2.5h,玻璃纤维与乳液的质量比为2:1,XF-680用量为25%时,保温玻璃棉的产品质量、阻燃性能较好,导热系数得到了改善。
The thermal insulation glass wool was prepared by using-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH-550),flame retardant XF-680,modified acrylate emulsion and glass fiber as raw materials.The effects of baking temperature,baking time,mass ratio of glass fiber to emulsion,and the amount of flame retardant XF-680(relative to the amount of emulsion)were discussed.The application of glass wool in insulation material was studied.The results were as follows:when the baking temperature was 130℃,the baking time was 2.5 h,the mass ratio of glass fiber to emulsion was 2:1,and the amount of XF-680 was 25%,the product quality and flame retardancy of thermal insulation glass wool was better,and the thermal conductivity was improved.
