摘要
基于对粉喷桩加土工合成材料加固软土路基的构想,以某高速公路拓宽工程为例,采用粉喷桩加土工合成材料技术,遵循施工放样、施工场地与施工机械准备、桩机对位、下钻与喷粉以及铺设土工格栅与土工布的流程对软基进行加工处理,加固结果显示,粉喷桩加土工合成材料技术能够减少路基不均匀沉降,提高抗滑稳定性,并降低软基中土的侧向挤出量,进一步地,还能发挥快速加载作用,在一定程度上缩短施工填土周期。
Based on the idea of reinforcing soft soil sub grade with powder-jet pile and geosynthetic materials,taking highway widening project as example,the paper uses the technology of powder jet pile and geosynthetic materials,and follows the process of construction lofting,construction site and construction machinery preparation,pile machine alignment,drilling and spraying,as well as laying geogrids and geotextiles to process the soft foundation.The reinforcement results show that,the technology of powderjet pile plus geosynthetics can reduce the uneven settlement of subgrade,improve the anti-sliding stability,and reduce the lateral extruding amount of soil in soft foundation,furthermore,it can also play the role of fast loading and shorten the construction filling period to a certain extent.
