材料工业是发展国民经济的根本,创新性新材料是材料工业的重要组成部分,是关键的战略性工业元素,能够为诸多领域提供发展改革的机遇。石墨作为战略性矿产材料,属于传统产业与新兴产业必须的基础性原料,同时可以为高新技术的发展提供资源支持。文章首先阐明了战略性新材料石墨烯的管理与布局现状;其次,根据管理科学与工程的主题领域文献分析进行发展方向的评释;最后,基于以上研究,概述了战略性新材料石墨烯在相关领域发展方向的布局。

The material industry is fundamental to the development of the national economy,and innovative new materials are an important part of the material industry and a key strategic industrial element,which can provide opportunities for development and reform in many fields.As a strategic mineral material,graphite is a necessary basic raw material for both traditional and emerging industries,and it can also provide resource support for the development of high and new technologies.Firstly,the management and layout of the strategic new material graphene are described.Secondly,according to the literature analysis of the subject area of management science and engineering,the development direction is evaluated.Finally,based on the above research the layout of the development direction of the strategic new material graphene in related fields is summarized.
