小型水稻秸秆打捆机的研制 被引量:1

摘要 随着国家对环保问题越来越重视,各地把禁止秸秆焚烧列入政府重要督办工作,秸秆打捆离田技术得到快速发展。我国北方地区由于地块大、作业环境较好,普遍采用拖拉机牵引大型打捆机作业,而南方丘陵山区水田由于存在地块之间落差较大、田块小、泥脚深等问题,秸秆打捆离田机械化的发展相对缓慢。针对南方丘陵山区地形,研发了一种小型履带式水稻秸秆打捆机,对于缓解秸秆焚烧带来的环境问题、提高秸秆综合利用率、促进农民增收、推进水稻生产全程机械化有积极的促进作用。 As the country pays more and more attention to environmental protection,all localities have taken the ban of straw burning as an important task of government supervision,and the technology of straw baling and leaving the field has been rapidly developed.Due to large land parcel and better operating environment in North China,large baling machine with tractor traction is widely used.But,due to large drop between land parcels,small parcel of rice field and deep mud feet in South China,the mechanized development of straw baling and leaving the field is restricted.Some paddy fields in Guangdong are typical southern hilly mountainous terrains,so the research and development of small crawler type rice straw baler has a positive role in alleviating environmental problems caused by straw burning,improving comprehensive utilization rate of straw,increasing farmers’income,and promoting the mechanization of rice production throughout the whole process.
