摘要
以巴戟天为研究对象,以热泵干燥温度、风速和物料长度为单因素变量,研究其对干燥时间和成品品质的影响,经正交试验确定较优工艺参数为:热泵干燥温度50℃,巴戟天物料长度4 cm,风速1.5 m/s。其中热泵干燥温度和物料长度对试验结果的影响有极显著的差异,干燥风速对试验结果的影响有较显著差异。
The effects of heat pump drying temperature,wind speed and material length on heat pump drying temperature,wind speed and material length on drying time and finished product quality was studied,and the optimum technological parameters were determined by orthogonal test:heat pump drying temperature 50℃,material length 4 cm,wind speed 1.5 m/s.The drying temperature and material length of heat pump have very significant differences to the experimental results,and the drying wind speed has a significant difference to the experimental results.
