我国残疾人社会体育指导员激励因素问卷的研制

研制我国残疾人社会体育指导员激励因素问卷,并进行信效度检验.前期遵循扎根理论范式,结合47名专家的半结构化访谈资料,以质性研究方法探析可能影响我国残疾人社会体育指导员激励因素的内容,并编制5个维度共33个初始题目的初始问卷;对265名初测对象的问卷进行项目分析和探索性因子分析,删减题目形成复测问卷;对459名复测对象的问卷进行验证性因子分析和信效度检验后形成正式问卷.结果:我国残疾人社会体育指导员激励因素问卷包含15个题目,分属身份认同激励、能力提升激励、自我效能激励和制度保障激励4个维度,共解释总变异的52.49%;验证性因子分析表明假设结构模型与样本数据的适配度良好;总问卷内部一致性信度系数0.76,各维度α系数介于0.61~0.73之间;总问卷重测信度为0.94,各维度在0.85~0.91之间;内部结构效度和内容效度较好.验证表明:本研究研制的我国残疾人社会体育指导员激励因素问卷,具有较好的通俗性、简明性以及能够接受的信效度,可以作为我国残疾人社会体育指导员激励因素的评价工具.

To develop the questionnaire of encouragement factors for disabled people social sports instructors in China,and to test its reliability and validity.In the early stage,following the grounded theory paradigm,combining with the semi-structured interview data of 47 experts,qualitative research method was used to analyze the content of encouragement factors that may affect the social sports instructors of disabled people in China,and the initial questionnaire(33 initial questions in 5 dimensions)was compiled;the questionnaire of 265 subjects was analyzed by item analysis and exploratory factor analysis,and the items were deleted to form retest After confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity test,a formal questionnaire was formed.Results:There were 15 items in the questionnaire,which were divided into four dimensions:identity motivation,ability promotion incentive,self-efficacy incentive and institutional security incentive,which accounted for 52.49%of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the hypothesis structure model was well fitted with the sample data The internal consistency reliability coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.76,and theαcoefficient of each dimension was 0.61~0.73;the test-retest reliability of the total questionnaire was 0.94,and each dimension was between 0.85~0.91;the internal structure validity and content validity were good.Verification shows that the questionnaire developed in this study has good popularity,conciseness and acceptable reliability and validity,which can be used as an evaluation tool for disabled people social sports instructors in China.
