外来乡城务工人员城市归属感——社区体验视角

Research on the Influence of Community Experience on Migrant Workers'Sense of Urban Belonging

利用武汉市外来乡城务工人员调查数据,基于社区体验视角,对外来乡城务工人员城市归属感的影响因素进行实证分析。结果发现,除了人口统计学变量中的受教育程度对外来乡城务工人员城市归属感有正向显著影响,社区服务能力、社区内人际交往水平、社区活动参与水平等因素也都有显著正向影响。可以通过提高社区对外来乡城务工人员的公共服务能力、促进外来乡城务工人员与当地居民的互动交流、鼓励外来乡城务工人员参与社区活动等措施,提高外来乡城务工人员社区认同感,从而增强其城市归属感。

Based on the survey data of migrant workers in Wuhan,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of migrant workers'sense of urban belonging in Wuhan from the perspective of community experience.The results showed that the education level in the demographic variables had a significant positive impact on the urban sense of belonging of the migrant workers in Wuhan,and the service ability of the community to the migrant workers,the level of interpersonal communication in the community,the level of participation in community activities had a significant positive influence on the urban sense of belonging of the migrant workers in Wuhan.We can improve the community's public ability to Wuhan migrant workers,promote the interaction between Wuhan migrant workers and local residents,encourage Wuhan migrant workers to participate in community activities,improve the community identity of Wuhan migrant workers,and thus enhance the urban sense of belonging of Wuhan migrant workers.
